On-site service fee
For on-site repairs, a service call fee is charged upfront before we travel to your location. If we complete the repair, that fee is fully deducted from the total repair cost — you only pay the difference. The service fee is never charged twice.

Electronics & Board Repair
Blown MOSFETs, failed mainboards, faulty power supplies, and wiring issues. We source compatible replacements and get you back up and running.
Firmware & Calibration
Flashing updated firmware, PID tuning, bed leveling, flow rate calibration, and first-layer dialing so your printer performs like new.

Service fee collected
A service call fee is charged before we travel to your location. This fee is deducted in full from your repair cost if we complete the job — you never pay it twice.

We run a full diagnostic and send you a detailed quote before touching anything. No surprise charges.
Repair & test
Once approved, we complete the repair and run test prints to verify everything is working correctly.
Pick up & print
Your printer is returned clean, calibrated, and ready to print. We walk you through what was done.
